Undine Convocation held at The Loughton Masonic Centre on Saturday October 26th 2019 to mark the presentation of our Centenary
Charter by The Most Excellent Provincial Grand Superintendent, Rodney Lister Bass OBE.
He was accompanied on the day by Deputy Grand Superintendent,E Comp Nick Franklin, Provincial Grand Scribe E. E.Comp Phil
Lovelock, ProvDep Grand Director of Ceremonies, E.Comp Tony Goater, and APGP E.Comp Martin Cook.
Guests and Members of Undine Chapter were delighted to have the opportunity to welcome the Provincial Grand Superintendent and
his entourage, which by all accounts proved to have been a most enjoyable meeting.
We all enjoyed the actual Charter presentation ceremony lead by E Comp Rodney Lister Bass OBE which was followed by a most
interesting and educational talk given by E Comp Pierre Waddoups, Provincial Solomon Lead, entitled "The wisdom of Solomon".
The Convocation was closed in Peace and Harmony, and afterwards we dined together at the Festive Board.
Roding Chapter
No. 3090
On 3rd October 2019 at the regular convocation of Roding
Chapter No. 3090 at Loughton Masonic Centre E.Comp.
Geoffrey Ellis, the Treasurer presented the MEZ, E.Comp.
Ron Foster with a certificate from Provincial Grand Chapter
for Roding Chapter achieving Grand Patron status in Festival

Liberty of Havering Chapter
No. 1437
On Thursday 14th November, Liberty of
Havering Chapter 1437 hosted the annual
combined chapter meeting at Upminster
masonic centre.
It was attended by the Deputy Grand
Superintendent E Comp Nicholas Franklin
accompanied by 3rd Grand Principal E Comp
Elliott Chevin and most of the provincial
executive. It was a spectacular occasion
with the provincial DC and Dep DC's, with
sword bearer and standard bearers present.
A talk given by Comp Mark Smith MA on
actions that earnt the Victoria Cross in battle
left everyone speechless. All 120 attendees
were enthralled by the subject matter and
Mark's presentational skills which received a
massive round of applause at the end.
