Hutton Masonic Hall
Happy to Meet Again
ervyn and the team are so looking forward to Welcoming you all back to Hutton Masonic Hall and even though
Mthings are going to look and work slightly different. This is to keep our guests and our team safe.
During the lockdown period we have been busy behind the scenes brainstorming various ways to safely reopen our
doors, from the way we serve you a nice cold pint, to serving you a meal, and not forgetting keeping you safe during
the meeting in between.
So, let’s start at the beginning! When you first enter the masonic Hall, you will notice that you can only enter through
one of our entrance doors and only exit through the other. This has been put in place to encourage a one-way system in
and out of the building. You will also find an automatic hand sanitiser attached to the wall as you enter the foyer for our
guests to use before entering the main building.
With our duty of care in mind we will be taking temperature checks of guests entering the building using a infrared
contactless thermometer, so please, if you are feeling under the weather and have a slight temperature please stay at
home to save us from having to turn you away at the door. Anyone with a temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius will
not be permitted to enter the premises, we hope you understand and expect your full co-operation with this to ensure
everyone’s wellbeing.
Our cloakroom doors will be secured back to prevent any unnecessary touching of
door handles when hanging your coat and putting your suitcase away.
The Revell Suite will also be available for Brethren to use to change into their
robes. As before the balcony area in the main hall can be used to place suitcases
and as an extra area to robe and de-robe. A further automatic hand sanitiser is
located outside the cloakrooms near to where you sign in for your meeting.
We suggest you bring
your own pen to
complete the signing in
book.
Hopefully, we
will see you all
soon.
